Spirit Rescue International™ is a non-profit group that combines the resources of our affiliates worldwide in order to achieve a successful entity clearing. Our mission is to provide professional, confidential and ethical spiritual relief, including continued personal support and guidance at no cost to the client.
The title of this autobiography, Among the Spiritsnot only defines the life of Irene Allen-Block, but it is also explanatory of what she experiences on a daily basis. Writing a memoir usually involves recall of various anecdotes and personal encounters the author assumes the reader will enjoy and remember. Irene’s personal story not only includes many fond reflections of family and friends but it also introduces the raw truth of a young girl’s life evolving in an intimidating psychic domain.
Irene’s spiritual calling eventually established in her a deep desire to help others, including those spirits that were confined to the earth plane. Her concept of spirit rescue was refined into a process where a target is first perceived through coordinate and scientific remote viewing. Following this phase the information is then analyzed and researched after which, Irene applies her unique natural ability of distance clearing. She has successfully offered and administered her psychic gifts for over forty years to hundreds of satisfied clients. Irene’s unique services eventually resulted in the formation of Spirit Rescue International.
I met Irene through a mutual acquaintance who stated that she knew a very accomplished psychic who was a subscriber to 'Phantoms and Monsters' and who had commented that they would like to talk to me. That telephone call from the lady in southwest Wales thoroughly changed my life and clarified my understanding of the spirit realm. Irene and I psychically ‘connected’ in a way that I still cannot explain and I feel her mental presence constantly. She taught me how to open my mind’s eye and to use my subconscious in order to obtain information through remote viewing. In the process, my psychic and clairvoyant abilities have broadened beyond my expectations. It has been an astounding journey so far. I sincerely hope to continue learning and to ascend to a capable level second only to Irene.
I am confident that Irene’s account will serve as a comfort to psychically talented people of all ages as well as entertain and inform readers who seek the truth about good and evil in the spirit world...Lon

If the title suggests a nice warm heart rendering book about being surrounded by spirits then you're in for a real surprise. From the age of 4 Irene saw and spoke with the dead, and by the time she had moved to London aged 9 she was helping spirits move to the light, well the good ones anyway. Imagine being that age and confronted by Demons. This is one woman's terrifying story about the tormented souls that have been with her for most of her life. However, it's more than a book about naughty ghosts; it's an honest, down to earth account of Irene's life, including her mischievous teenage years, her journey into the paranormal and the tormented dark side of the paranormal that is hardly ever spoken about. Let's not forget that wherever there is good, there is bad AND this lady has a habit of encountering the bad spirit out there. This is why she created Spirit Rescue International, a worldwide agency dedicated to helping rid the world of the bad spirits, the demons and the tortured souls that choose to hang around and torment the living. From demons to devilish poltergeists Irene and her team have solved cases all over the world using their natural gifts AND scientific remote viewing. This book is a must read, if you want to know the real truth about how to get rid of spirit then this is the book for you.- Paul Stevenson, Haunted Magazine
Hello friends, well this month has passed really quickly. Hope you are all having an enjoyable summer. Across the pond, we have the Olympics under way at the moment, hope you managed to see the opening ceremony - it was really good.
We have around eight cases we are working on at the moment, 4 in America, 1 in Austrailia, 1 in Britain, and 2 in Canada. From hauntings to attachments.
If you have not purchased Irene’s book yet, ‘Among the Spirits’ - what are you waiting for? It gives an insight into how Irene became what she is today. From her early childhood upwards and also there are a couple of past cases mentioned in the book too. Irene is now thinking of doing another book just on SRI cases.
I read an awesome story the other day and knew I had to share it with you all. It is a ghost story called 'Princess of Death.'
An Egyptologist in the early 1900’s was sought out by an American offering him a lot of money for the find - that of an Egyptian Princess. The Princess had held high office in the Cult of the Dead, in Thebes in the 1600’s BC. Inscribed on the walls of her death chamber was a legacy of misfortune and death for anybody who despoiled her resting place. The American died the same night he was offered the money. The Eygptologist named Murray, was in a shooting accident 3 days later, where his gun discharged taking off Murray's hand. On Murray's return to England, 2 of his close friends died from unknown causes, and within the following year, 2 egyptian servants who had handled the mummy case, also died. When the mummy case arrived in England, and Murray went to see it. He was chilled to see that the carved face of the Princess was seeming to have come alive with a chilling stare.
He made up his mind to get rid of it. A women convinced him to let her buy it from him. Within weeks the women’s mother had died, her lover left her, and she was struck down with a wasting disease. In her will she insisted that the mummy be returned to Murray.
By now Murray been a broken wreck of a man, wanted no part in it. He presented it to the British Museum, but even in that institution, the mummy case became notorious. A photographer taking pictures of it suddenly dropped dead. An Egyptologist, in charge of the exhibit was also found dead in bed.
Disturbed by the newspaper stories, the museum decided to ship the mummy case to a New York Museum which had agreed to accept the gift provided it was handled without publicity.
The mummy case was shipped by the prestigious new vessel making her maiden voyage from Southampton to New York that month.
But the mummy case never reached New York. It was in the cargo hold of the ‘unsinkable’ titanic when she carried 1,498 people to their doom on the 15th April 1912.
There has been an increased interest in several metaphysical subjects over recent years. I have become interested in a few of these esoteric practices which I have used as supplemental tools in my spiritual work. The most prominent of these is the use of crystals / stones...mostly in protection grids, energy work, chakra balance and meditation. The most common use of crystals / stones is for healing, as in Reiki and other alternative therapies. Occasionally I will highlight certain crystals / stones and shapes that I have found useful.
Celestite, also known as Celestine, is revered for its high frequency, Divine energies, and is known as a powerful healing crystal. Celestite has been called a “teacher for the New Age", as it will connect one with the Angelic realms, allowing for the free-flow of these higher frequencies into the Crown and Third-Eye Chakras, and also down into the Throat Chakra for expression. Bringing mental calm and clarity in the midst of any chaotic circumstance, Celestite can allow one to easily flow through a traumatic period and still come out on top.
Celestite can relieve stress, anxiety and obsessive behaviors. It is a perfect piece to carry for those who are singers, actors or speakers, as the energy will alleviate any type of stage fright or nervousness. Celestite brings harmony, balance, and will assist the holder in finding and maintaining inner peace. Its ability to heighten divine intuition makes Celestite especially useful for Reiki practice.
A stone for peace and harmony, Celestite has the potential to bring these qualities into daily living. Celestite is a great facilitator for deep states of meditation, helping to calm the mind and open it to communication from the higher realms. Celestite is a perfect companion to use during dream time. It will assist in recalling not only the dream, but also the specific details of the dream. Information imparted during the dream state will also be recalled with perfect clarity.
Physically, Celestite sends energy to the organs of the higher chakras, aiding the healing of disorders such as brain imbalances, cellular disorders, and ailments of eyes, ears, nose, and throat. Celestite can also act as a detoxifier and pain reliever.
Please note that Celestite is very fragile, and should be handled carefully. Do not keep these clusters in direct sunlight, as their color will fade.

Connecting With The Angels
To aid you to begin the process of connecting with angels, keep a cluster of this lovely stone close to you. Once you have learned easy meditation techniqueskeep it in your lap during meditation. Its vibration will allow you to more easily make contact with your guides. It has a strong and quite beautiful vibration that will help with connecting with angels and other members of the angelic realms...especially your guardian angel.

The following narrative comes from my associate and mentor Irene Allen-Block of Spirit Rescue International:
Around about 1971, I met and was fond of an Italian boy called Marco. Marco had come over here to the UK to avoid going into the army which was compulsory then in Italy. He came from the South of Italy, up in the mountains, in a village called Pontone just above the Amalfitana Coast.
In this village lived an old man who was a recluse who always wore a silver ring on his finger; the house he lived in had been built into the side of the mountain. When this old man died his house went up for sale and Marco’s parents decided to buy it. On the day they moved in there was nothing in the house except on a nail in the kitchen wall, hung the ring that the old man refused to be parted from.
Marco took the ring and it ended up here in England; well on this particular day Marco had met me from work and coming home on the bus he was telling me the story. He told me that from the day he took the ring nothing had gone right for him, everything he attempted, failed. He had become ill with a mysterious illness that no one could get to the bottom of; only when he stopped wearing the ring did things improve.
When Marco came to this country, he brought the ring with him as now he had sussed that it was evil and didn’t want to leave it for any members of his family to get hold of. After a few weeks over here his luck was beginning to turn bad again, even though he wasn’t wearing the ring; he believed it was something to do with bringing the ring out of Italy.
Marco took the ring and buried it in a local church yard about six feet away from the church wall; ten months had gone by since he buried the ring and telling me the story. We had gone through winter, spring and it was now summer; I just had to see this ring and after a lot of nagging, he agreed to take me there to dig it up so I could see it.
The following day, spade in hand, we set off to the church; God only knows what people would have thought if they had seen us. Between the graves, the grass had been freshly mowed; I asked him where it was and he said, “Over there”. When we looked, there was one big tuft of grass where the ring was buried; all around this tuft, the grass had been mowed but it seemed that the lawn mower had jumped this piece. We started to dig and I swear when we took the ring, which hadn’t been wrapped in anything, out of the ground, there was not one bit of dirt anywhere on it. After all the bad weather, rain, snow and whatever else we had had during that winter, the ring was clean, bright and shiny. If it had not been for the tuft of grass growing on it, you would think that it had just been buried.
To cut a long story short, I kept the ring and I took it to work where it was seen by a customer who inquired about it, after telling him the story he offered me £500 for the ring. This was a lot of money in those days and it started me thinking that the ring must have been valuable, so I took it to a jeweller.
This jeweller was a little old Hungarian man with his own small business. He had come over to the UK just after the war as an immigrant; he took one look at the ring and told me to get out of his shop. I argued with him that I only wanted some information on it. After a lot of persuasion he said, “The ring is solid silver, handmade, about two to three hundred years ago, the eyes are rubies. You are the keeper of the ring keep it safe; now get out of my shop.”
I bought a book on devils and demons to see if I could trace the carving of the face on the ring, the nearest I got was Beelzebub.
The ring has now been in my care in a locked box in my attic for the last forty years. The box has only been moved once, from my attic in London to the one in the house I live in now and has not seen the light of day since it was first placed in the box.
Marco immigrated to Canada and became a wealthy man but never married and I, well, since taking on the ring have always had to struggle for everything; maybe the curse of the ring goes on.
Either this ring is cursed or has an entity attached to it; I believe it could be the old recluse, who to wear a ring like that must have practised the occult, or could it be that something far worse is attached to the ring. Who knows, I don’t really want to find out.
NOTE: this excerpt is from Irene's book "Among the Spirits" which we hope to have published in the near future. Just today, Irene retrieved the ring, forty years after it was doused in holy water, bound and stored away. Her and I have been discussing the ring for the past few days...so she decided to show it to me. As well, houseflies have appeared in large numbers in one particular room during the week. Maybe the following information can shed some light on this phenomenon:
Baal Zebub (Beelzebub)
Baal Zebub is a Philistine god at Ekron (2 Kings 1:2). Later this name came to denote satan. The name Baal Zebub transliterated into Greek gives the familiar name Beelzebub (Matthew 10:25).
The name Baal Zebub consists of two parts. Firstly the common Hebrew word Baal, meaning owner, husband. The second part of the name Baal Zebub is the word Zebub (zebub 523a), flies, from the unused root zbb (zbb 523), which in cognate languages means to go hither and thither, move to and fro. Baal Zebub means Lord Of Flies.
Since flies do not acknowledge authority this name is an empty title, and a good look at the behavior of flies may yield some insights in the workings of evil:
God's empire is like that of bees (the Hebrew word for bee, deborah is the feminine version of the masculine dabar, 'Word', Logos in Greek); bees have a house, like flowers, make honey, speak a language, care for offspring, are armed. Satan's 'empire' is like flies; flies are homeless, like dung and decaying flesh, make nothing, speak no language, don't care for their offspring, are not armed.
This name is a beautiful illustration of the core difference between God and satan, between the saved and the lost. The people that are saved, in the Biblical sense of the word, are part of an intertwined collection of souls called the Body of Christ. This Body is again a life form but of a higher plain; it's a singular entity with its own personality and spirit, and this mystery may perhaps be understood when we realize that every human being is in fact a huge colony of billions of single celled creatures. All these cells have at their core the same genetic blueprint, just like all members of the Body of Christ have the Word as their core. And just like these colonies that we are, have the single personality and single soul we identify ourselves with, so does the Bride of Christ.
The lost, however, are not connected, although they may readily huddle up and imagine they are united. The lost care only about themselves, like flies that scurry around on a carcass, and engage in business and science and the pursuit of happiness just like the saved. But the lost do not form an amalgamation with a single soul. Satan is called the ruler of this latter group, but since the group does not subject to a central rule, he can only cause greater chaos. - abarim-publications
NOTE: If anyone has information on the ring...origin and other particulars, we'd be grateful. It seems to be hand cast in silver (asymmetric) with round ruby eyes...Lon

A statue of Mother Mary with tears of blood is attracting thousands of Christians and people of other Faiths in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
The event has occurred in the community chapel of the CMI Bhavan of the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI) in Mariam Nagar, 14 July.
The event was first noticed by a maid called Sunita who works in the institution on Saturday around 11. 30 am when she came to clean the chapel.
“Today when I was about to wipe and clean the statue of Mother Mary with a cloth I found tears of blood rolling from Mother Mary’s eyes. I cried aloud. I couldn’t believe my eyes so I rubbed the blood from the statue but the flow continued” Sunitha said.
The priest in charge of the house, Fr. Joy Kizhakkayil CMI, said, “As I came inside the chapel I could see Sunitha holding the statue and shivering, praying and crying aloud to Mother Mary”.
Ms. Mary, a Senior staff nurse at New Delhi’s All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS)i, who was present in the monastery when the event took place said, she could see the tears of blood of Mary and she touched it with reverence and fear.
“The news spread quickly and soon people started rushing to the chapel” said Brother George CMI. Some 65 catholic families living in the surrounding areas also rushed to see the miracle. By evening some three thousand people had visited the statue. “Due to the rush the police had to be called”, he added.
Another flow of blood was seen Sunday when Fr. Kizhakkayil came to the chapel to offer the Holy Mass.
“Now the flow was heavy and the blood was falling on the table where the statue was kept,” he said.
He said that they have also took the blood samples and got it tested at the St. Joseph Hospital nearby.
“The result has shown that the blood group is B+ve,” he added.
Visitors and faithful are bringing and keeping the rosary on the blood clotted statue and praying rosaries continuously in the chapel.
The event took place at the personal chapel of CMI Bhavan where at present a new wing for the Christ College, Bangalore is under construction. The statue was bought from St. Paul’s Centre, New Delhi few months ago. - cbci
Dozens gather to pray at Mother Mary statue they say is bleeding
Believers are flocking to this Baton Rouge neighborhood to see a statue of Mother Mary with their own eyes. You see, everyone here believes the statue is bleeding.
Hai Nguyen is the owner. His daughter translated for him and says he was doing lawn work when the unexpected happened.
"He looked up and saw blood coming down."
Blood dripping from the side of Mary's face, and the word spread quickly.
"He don't know how to explain it. He just know that maybe God sent a message through Mary."
One faithful says he has seen these manifestations before.
"Was because of the hard heartedness of her children. They wanted to go and do their own will and straying away from God and the sacraments of the church."
We took the question to a religious studies professor at LSU.
"One way to think about it is to see how this is real for those who devote themselves to Mary, and what that means to them as a kind of prayerful way to contemplate the role of Mary in their lives, or Jesus in their lives. And, for many people, it's empowering and it's a way to return to a devotion."
And for those visiting the statue, seeing is believing.
Local news station WBRZ reports priests have collected samples of the substance on the statue's face and plan to get it tested. - wtsp
One day in October, 1827, Rev. Charles Sharply rode into Alfred, Maine, and held service in the meeting-house. After the sermon he announced that he was going to Waterborough to preach, and that on his circuit he had collected two hundred and seventy dollars to help build a church in that village. Would not his hearers add to that sum? They would and did, and that evening the parson rode away with over three hundred dollars in his saddlebags. He never appeared in Waterborough. Some of the country people gave tongue to their fear that the possession of the money had made him forget his sacred calling and that he had fled the State.
On the morning after his disappearance, however, Deacon Dickerman appeared in Alfred riding on a horse that was declared to be the minister's, until the tavern hostler affirmed that the minister's horse had a white star on forehead and breast, whereas this horse was all black. The deacon said that he found the horse grazing in his yard at daybreak, and that he would give it to whoever could prove it to be his property. Nobody appeared to demand it, and people soon forgot that it was not his. He extended his business at about that time and prospered; he became a rich man for a little place; though, as his wealth increased, he became morose and averse to company.
One day a rumor went around that a belated traveller had seen a misty thing under "the owl tree" at a turn of a road where owls were hooting, and that it took on a strange likeness to the missing clergyman. Dickerman paled when he heard this story, but he shook his head and muttered of the folly of listening to boy nonsense. Ten years had gone by-during that time the boys had avoided the owl tree after dark—when a clergyman of the neighborhood was hastily summoned to see Mr. Dickerman, who was said to be suffering from overwork. He found the deacon in his house alone, pacing the floor, his dress disordered, his cheek hectic.
"I have not long to live," said he, "nor would I live longer if I could. I am haunted day and night, and there is no peace, no rest for me on earth. They say that Sharply's spirit has appeared at the owl tree. Well, his body lies there. They accused me of taking his horse. It is true. A little black dye on his head and breast was all that was needed to deceive them. Pray for me, for I fear my soul is lost. I killed Sharply." The clergyman recoiled. "I killed him," the wretched man went on, "for the money that he had. The devil prospered me with it. In my will I leave two thousand dollars to his widow and five thousand dollars to the church he was collecting for. Will there be mercy for me there? I dare not think it. Go and pray for me." The clergyman hastened away, but was hardly outside the door when the report of a pistol brought him back. Dickerman lay dead on the floor. Sharply's body was exhumed from the shade of the owl tree, and the spot was never haunted after. - Myths and Legends of Our Own Land (Dodo Press)

Message From The Other Side
In January 1982, I was living in Berkeley, Calif., and a man I was seeing committed suicide. He was living in a house with my elderly cousin, Homer, and several of my friends when this happened. He shot himself with my Homer's 38. As Homer was 80 years old and in poor health, I spoke frankly with him about dying, and asked if he would relay anything back to me about our deceased friend. He assured me he would if he could.
The following June, Homer died of emphysema. A few weeks after he died, I was at home in my room with the man I had started dating in March. It was about three in the morning and we were just sitting up reading when I noticed two people standing in the corner of the room. I was riveted and didn't even turn my head as I said to my boyfriend, "Phillip, look at the corner and tell me what you see." "Why, that's Homer and I don't recognize the tall guy with him." When I asked him to describe the tall guy, my boyfriend described exactly what I was seeing. It was Homer and my former boyfriend that both of us saw. Though Phillip had known Homer, he had never met my previous boyfriend, nor had he seen any photos of him. To both of us the ghosts appeared translucent and they didn't speak a word. They just stood there looking at us for several minutes. I was dumbfounded, and when I recovered my wits I made some wisecrack about their timing. They were there and then they were not. I don't recall them fading, just suddenly being gone.
Homer and I shared a house for two years and had quite a few discussions about ghosts and poltergeists. We had a ghost who played with the light switches and messed with my stereo, to the point where I taped the switches on and taped the tone arm in its rest every night. Every morning I found the switch turned off and the tone arm on the base of the turntable. I thought he was doing it to get my goat, but eventually became convinced that he was not. I feel very grateful to Homer for coming back in such a way that I would not doubt my sanity at seeing him. And he answered a question about what happens to folks who commit suicide. Unless Homer was also visiting from Hell, my friend didn't go there. I think the 'Powers That Be' must have much more compassion than religions give them credit for. - Elizabeth K.
On Thursday, I received a pair of supposed apparition photos from my friend David Garrison. The photos were forwarded to him by a personal sources. I've also included the original descriptions. Take a look and tell me what you think.
Dear David,
My youngest son's grandmother on his fathers side took thus picture! It is the room that she has been remodeling. The lady you see in this picture is her mother that has past away! This is the way she looked the Christmas before she died...in a wheelchair with her hair up! She was very shocked when she saw how the picture turned out!
David later told me:Found out it was taken with a cell phone (eliminates double exposure) and the odd looking chair was actually an antique wooden wheel chair she used that had been in the family for many years.
I exaggerated the light levels and softened up a bit of 'noise' in the image above...doesn't look like a double exposure.
It was taken in Gainesville, Florida by a rank amateur with equipment and software. Was picked up with a digital camera n a cheap cell phone. There is no sign of software tampering, and the house is believed to be haunted as it is very active. This was a doorway in the house. I have about a 90% probability of it being real.
I removed the color in an attempt to find any tampering. I didn't notice anything suspect...the apparition remained consistent. Honestly, if this house has a history of hauntings, I'd like to receive more information on the location. Thanks to David...Lon
